Delicious Txakoli hailing from a bay that overlooks the Bay of Biscay. This + seafood, what's not to love?! Pear and green apple on the nose set the scene for the fresh palate, layered with saline, lemon and more green apple, with just a touch of citrus pith. Dry, crisp and so delicious, with just a splash of electric acidity keeping things fresh.
Basque Wine. Wonderfully saline and mineral, a perfect match for the food of the region. On the nose there is plenty of cut grass, pine leaves, fresh lime leaf, nashi pear and white floral aromatics. The palate is clean, lean and tight, driven by a refreshing hit of citric acid with notes of bread and everything wonderful from the nose.
