Annata was founded in 2016 with one simple purpose: to create the best dining experience north of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Located in St Leonards, we've built a restaurant where exceptional food, remarkable wine, and genuine hospitality come together in a relaxed setting. We believe fine dining should never feel formal or intimidating. Instead, it should be welcoming, enjoyable, and shared at your own pace.

Our kitchen is led by Executive Chef Jordon Garcia, whose seasonal Modern European menus celebrate outstanding local ingredients with creativity and restraint. Alongside every dish is a carefully curated wine programme featuring more than 200 Australian and international wines, with optional guided pairings that make discovering new favourites easy, whether you're new to wine or a passionate collector.
