Our host Justin Walters will entertain and inform us as we taste and compare some superb wines matched with a five course Annata culinary experience. Following his graduation in Wine Marketing from the prestigious University of Adelaide, Justin studied wine tasting at the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, London. He also graduated from the German Wine Academy in Geisenheim, Rhinegau, and won a ‘Working with Wine’ Scholarship to study with 19 leading wine producers across Italy, France and Germany. His career to date includes winemaking, wine brand management and wine importation.

To match your wine, Executive Chef Jordon Garcia will take you on a culinary adventure highlighting the best local produce with inspiration from California's diverse foodie scene; preparing a truly sumptuous five-course degustation dining experience.
