Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and green apple mix with wet slate, oyster shell and subtle fresh herb notes. Minerally pear and lime flavours are dispersed across the palate with some oyster shell elements and infusions of fresh herbs lying underneath. River stone like textural feel finishing dry with brisk acidity and a slatey mid length aftertaste.

Pierrick Laroche has a degree in oenology from Beaune and after graduating he travelled the world, doing various internships to gain experience before returning home to start making wine and take over the family vineyards for himself.
