This delicious dessert wine is fermented and matured for 11 months in stainless steel tanks. The colour is Medium yellow with green highlights. It has aromas of freshly cut quince and fig. The palate is finely textured, showing good volume of flavour with a succulent mandarin and passionfruit edge adding vibrancy. It finishes with excellent length and refreshing acidity. This wine is very elegant and eminently drinkable.

‘Striking nose of smoking caramel in a hot pan. Then, with a little aeration, the turkish-delight aroma expands. Rich kumquat fruit on the moderately sweet palate, the touch of tannin making this taste drier than it really is. Long, structured finish with a delicate, floral-honey note. Drink or hold.
