With Valentine's Day around the corner, it's time to start planning your romantic evening. Nothing says romance like champagne & roses alongside an unforgettable 5-course feast at Annata.

Chef Jordon Garcia has prepared a delightful menu that will treat that special someone. Think tempura zucchini flowers filled with Moreton Bay bug, confit Ora King salmon, Jack's Creek Wagyu striploin served with preserved truffle emulsion & salted milk gelato, burnt honey & pineapple to finish.

Our Valentine’s Day Dinner is $155pp & includes a glass of Champagne A Margaine 'le Brut' from Villers-Marmery, SE of Reims. The winemakers use a particular clone of Chardonnay which is unique to them and are located in the area best known for Pinot.

First seating: 6:30pm
Second seating: 8:30pm
