Annata invites you to an exclusive wine degustation celebrating Australia’s finest producers as ranked by Huon Hooke in The Real Review’s Top Wineries of Australia 2025. This extraordinary event showcases ten wines from the nation’s top twenty wineries, including the top three — By Farr, Yarra Yering, and Levantine Hill — paired with a five-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Jordon Garcia.
The journey begins with 2017 Yarra Yering Blanc de Blanc, leading into whites of elegance and tension with the Grosset Polish Hill Riesling and Tyrrell’s Vat 1 Semillon. Then we have the battle of the giants with the Levantine Hill Katherine's Paddock Chardonnay up against the iconic By Farr Chardonnay. The light reds feature the Oakridge 864 Hazeldene Block 1 Pinot Noir up against the Brokenwood Indigo Vineyard Pinot Noir before the big boys with Beechworth, VIC Cullen Ephraim Malbec Petit Verdot, and the Eisenstone Ebenezer Shiraz. The evening will close with the luscious Yalumba FSW Botrytis Viognier.
Chef Garcia has curated a stunning five-course menu designed to perfectly complement each wine. Guests will enjoy a welcome snack, five courses, petit fours, and all ten wines in a guided progression through Australia’s most acclaimed wineries and vineyards.
