Join us every Tuesday for Chef’s Tuesday Tastings – Crows Nest’s most exciting and best-value gourmet experience.

Each week, Executive Chef Jordon Garcia and his team craft a unique four-course tasting menu, showcasing innovative new dishes being considered for Annata’s upcoming seasonal menus. For just $85 per person, you’ll be the first to taste these culinary creations – and play an important role in shaping our future menus.

As part of the fun, guests are invited to score each dish and provide feedback, becoming Annata’s very own “MasterChef” judges. It’s an interactive and engaging evening filled with lively conversation and shared opinions as each table reflects on their personal favourites.

To elevate the experience our sommelier team offers an optional four-wine matching wines for just $80. At each course you get to taste two matched wines and select one. You will learn about the taste profiles, the winemaker and the vineyards so it is a very informative way to enjoy wine.

So gather your friends and treat yourselves to a memorable evening of great food, exceptional wine, and a little behind-the-scenes magic – only at Annata on Tuesday nights.

If you favour the Annata classics, our regular Abbondante menu will also be available on Tuesday nights including our fabulous house shucked oysters, house made bread and salads.
