Each week, Executive Chef Jordon Garcia and his team craft a unique four-course tasting menu, showcasing innovative new dishes being considered for Annata’s upcoming seasonal menus. For just $85 per person, you’ll be the first to taste these culinary creations – and play an important role in shaping our future menus.
As part of the fun, guests are invited to score each dish and provide feedback, becoming Annata’s very own “MasterChef” judges. It’s an interactive and engaging evening filled with lively conversation and shared opinions as each table reflects on their personal favourites.
To elevate the experience, our sommelier team offers a four-wine matching option for just $50, carefully selected to complement the menu. You’ll even get the chance to judge how well the pairings perform!
