It is seasoned in American and French oak for 14 months.
Wine Making
The winemaker is Joshua Mason. The 50 year old shiraz vine must is blended with a 60 year old vine vale vineyard(sand, soil and clay mixed together = better water retention means vines stay plushy, fruit forward)
