MOËT & CHANDON GRAND VINTAGE 2016.

To celebrate the launch, guests for lunch or dinner on Saturday the 11th can purchase a glass of this unique and glamorous cuvee for just $20.

The 2016 MOËT & CHANDON GRAND VINTAGE will go onto the wine list at $190 per bottle as a most worthy celebration cuvee.

One of Champagne’s most celebrated vintage releases; this 2016 Grand is defined not by consistency, but by character. Unlike non-vintage Champagne, a Grand Vintage is created only in exceptional years. Benoît Gouez, the House Cellar Master describes his wine as a story of adversity and triumph; a year of frost, rain and challenge, followed by a warm, steady finish that delivered fruit of remarkable balance and elegance.

Aged for over six years on lees, this Champagne reveals extraordinary depth and refinement; layers of brioche, citrus, orchard fruit and a fine chalk-driven structure, finishing long and composed. Each release is rare; produced only when the year meets the house’s exacting standards, making every bottle a unique expression of time and place.
