We’re bringing California Dreaming to Sydney for one night only, celebrating the rich diversity of the Sunshine State wine with a curated tasting of eight exceptional wines. From the cool-climate elegance of Russian River Chardonnay to bold Lodi Zinfandel and silky Mendocino Pinot Noir, each glass tells the story of a distinct terroir and winemaking style.
To match the wines, Executive Chef Jordon Garcia has crafted a vibrant, California-inspired menu that blends sunshine-fresh ingredients, coastal flavours, and bold culinary creativity. But it wouldn’t be a proper Californian party without the soundtrack to match. Throughout the evening, your California wine expert host will be spinning classic tracks from The Beach Boys, The Mamas & The Papas, The Doors, and Creedence Clearwater Revival — the anthems of a generation and the spirit of the Golden State.
