Beginning in 1991 with their Hunter Valley Estate, their popularity and scope has grown to include vineyards in Orange, Wrattonbully and Coonawarra. Your host is acclaimed wine raconteur David Hewit who will guide you through the winemaker’s history and stories together with tasting notes for a very entertaining gourmet evening. Executive Chef Jordon Garcia has prepared a special five-course degustation perfectly matched with ten gorgeous wines sourced from across their diverse vineyards. All wines tasted will be offered at attractive prices for your home collection.
