Join us at Annata for an immersive five-course wine dinner celebrating the diversity, elegance and regional character of France’s greatest wine regions. Over two special evenings, Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th March, guests will travel through ten distinct regions of France, discovering the wines, flavours and stories that make French cuisine and viticulture so revered.
Executive Chef Jordon Garcia will curate a menu inspired by the regional cuisines of France, beginning with a refined welcome snack before unfolding through four savoury courses and a beautiful dessert. Each savoury course will be accompanied by two wines, selected to showcase contrasts in terroir, style and winemaking philosophy.
From the finesse of Champagne and the purity of Loire Valley and Alsace to the richness of Burgundy and Provence, the journey continues through Beaujolais, the Rhône Valley and Bordeaux, culminating with a luscious Sauternes to finish the evening.
This is more than a dinner; it is a guided exploration of France through food and wine, designed for guests who appreciate discovery, conversation and exceptional hospitality. Whether you are a seasoned wine lover or simply curious to experience the best of French regional wine and food, this promises to be one extraordinary evening.
